Seth Paridon presents "The Divine Wind at Okinawa"

In the final, desperate days of the Pacific War, Japan unleashed a furious aerial offensive against the US Pacific Fleet off the coast of Okinawa. The Japanese kamikazes inflicted horrific damage on the fleet, while the Navy suffered more casualties in the waters off Okinawa than in any other WWII battle. Seth Paridon will discuss the kamikaze campaign against the US fleet with the assistance of several of the Museum's oral histories.
