Dinner with a Curator

Toni Kiser presents "Sweetheart Jewelry and Tokens of Love"

As young men and women left home, met new people, fell in love, lost friend and family, and were then scattered by war tokens of affection were one way to keep connections alive. Sons and mothers, young lovers and new friend jewelry, trinkets, and souvenirs often help the hope of return and reconnection. Experience some of The National WWII Museum’s collection of sweetheart jewelry and tokens of affection.
