The National WWII Museum and the Southern Food and Beverage Museum invite you to explore 1940s foodways with WWII Museum Curator Kim Guise, who will discuss rationing, Victory Gardens, and Home Front efforts during World War II. Liz Williams, president and director of SoFAB, will lead a cooking demonstration of three recipes from wartime cookbooks in the Rouses Culinary Innovation Center by Jenn Air. Join us at the Southern Food and Beverage Museum from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., enjoy a Happy Hour at Toups South, "The Blues Cat" cocktail from Cathead Vodka, and get a taste of WWII cuisine!
